[rescue] Indy CPU upgrade

Information I've gotten from the net on Indy proms:

R4400SC/200 requires July 15, 1994 or later
R4600PC/133 requires Sept 28, 1994 or later
R5000       requires February 12, 1996 or later
XZ video    requires June 20, 1994 or later
