[rescue] help with sparc10 fans

the fans on my sparc10 are getting noisy - tick-tick-tick at about 60
or 120 cps.

are the fans replacable? (i suppose i remove the power supply as per
the repair manual and replace the fans individually.)

is there a replacement which is more powerful than the stock fan and
which fits in the space available? (on an older att 3b1 replacing with
a 120v fan made a big difference in cooling! fit in the same space.)
