[rescue] ZX framebuffer

Hey all.... I have a ZX framebuffer that appears to have a dead top board.
(vertical stripes and lack of colors on the output).  Swapping on a known
good top board solves the problem, so I know it is in the top board.

I found two chip legs bent to the point where they might have been touching
each other... straightened those out... still didn't fix the problem.

No other physical damage could be found.

So... anyone got a spare top board, or a ZX board set with problems that
I can hope the top board is good on.... would like to rescue this boardset.
