It is very likely that the disks are connected to the on CPU board SHAC
DSSI adapter. The SHAC is not supported by NetBSD and I doubt that it
will be in the (near) future.

Have a look at the QBus cards. The KFQSA should be labled M7769. As this
machine has DSSI already on the CPU board I doubt that it has a KFQSA.
Maybe a KZQSA M5976.

No Ultrix. The last machines that Ultrix runs on are CVAX based
VAXstations (3100 excluding the m76), MicroVAX II / III / 3x00 (models
[1234][08] only if x = 1).

Nice? What models exactly?

I think netbooting NetBSD in the first time and look for a KFQSA would
be best option. Or VMS.
