[rescue] analog routers...

I believe the SS10 requires an external NT1.

When I worked for Sun, I remember seeing them use an SS10 as an ISDN
router (at some event), and as I recall it has an external box between
the ISDN line and the ss10 (I knew nothing about ISDN at that point
in time).
