When I was living in WV I didn't have access to even ISDN so I had to 
go with an analog router. I got a 3com OfficeConnect Dual Analog router 
and it works great. I got mine on ebay for not much money, and they're 
probably still available there. If you have (or can add) a second line, 
it will give you a higher speed connection than a single line, as long 
as your ISP supports bonding 2 lines together.
