Probably. Misunderstand me right - anything less noisy as an Octane is
doable.

Probably.
The story behind this baby was that it was "almost" free, and it was
insufficient for my needs as it was sitting in a corner running Dust-OS.
It's now in better hands for someone who actually needed it.

Well, I should have said that I have tried it, and it was a somewhat
painstaking experience.
Not that the iMac is slow in graphics, it's just that it took that
little critter like forever to start up applications and actually try to
USE it.

I consider the Indigo2 a somewhat descent box (noise-wise) for home use.
I'd definitly be happy for an O2 though... (Can't speak of experience on
the noise in that machine)
