Hi All,
Howabout this?? - my attempt to factor in the "coolness". You can call it watever you want:
BM = Mflops * KW
--------------------
top500
where top500 = best ever ranking on the top 500 ( www.top500.org). Machines that have never been in the top 500 get a 1000 ranking.
Mflops is determined by the average of the NAS parallel benchmarks - there is a serial version for uniprocessor machines.
