[rescue] IRIX and NFS software package

This is one of those things about SGI that really pisses me off.  NFS is
included with -every- copy of IRIX, but, rather than putting that 20MB
or so package on the foundation CDs, they toss it on a separate CD.  So,
most of the time when you get a secondhand system, it's not installed.

So, you need the CD "ONC3/NFS Version 3 for IRIX 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, and
6.5".  It's SGI part number 812-0774-001.  If you call SGI, they might
ship it to you, since any O2 or later machine is licensed for that
software.
