Folks-

This is mostly OT ... it's an Intel rescue. My only excuse is that the list
is very quiet today.

I'm trying to convert an old Intel box (P-150, 32 MB, 1.2 GB, etc.) into
something that will route from a Belden WiFi device connected to a USB port
to a normal Ethernet card.

I'm seeking clues about how to use something besides Windows with the USB
device. I'd like to use either the Linux Router Project stuff or DOS-based
IProute, but I haven't a clue how to make either one talk USB.

A visit from the clue fairy would be much appreciated.
