[rescue] Drive Sled (was Irix cd problem)

I find that they are over priced ($25-30US). I would pick up an external
SCSI drive case and throw that on the external scsi (that's what I do).  I
have a Sun 411 with a 4.5GB drive in it hooked up to one of my Indigo2's.
Works like a charm.
