[rescue] Announcing a forsale list

Hi folks,

I've set up a mailing list for forsale posts. It will be open to members
of rescue, as well as others from outside the sanctum here. It's focused
for North America, so be warned.

It's open to people looking to buy/sell/trade electronics gear, including
computers, home entertainment, and so forth. No ebay leads please.

Discussion of the merits of particular technologies, the sanity of asking
prices, and the personalities of people posting will not be welcome, but
forsale/trade/wanted postings will be welcome. Donations from your
voluminous profits are welcome. :)
