Heads up guys.

I tried buying something from lusopc with the Buy It Now option.
Paypal (not Paypal Verified) was listed as a payment option so I went
for it.

Tried paying for the auction immediately, found that the seller slapped
a Paypal Verified restriction on there without saying so in the auction
itself.

Emailed the seller, expecting this was some sort of mistake, and asked
them to send me a request for payment for the auction without the
Paypal Verified requirement and they did so. Almost. Tried to pay the
request and what do you know, they slapped a Paypal Verified
requirement on there.

This went back and forth for awhile, but they played stupid about it.
Well today I get a nastygram from eBay telling me that the seller has
filed a Non-Paying Bidder claim against me.

I went back and looked over the auction again (
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3011748729 ) and
nowhere does it say "Paypal Verified". The seller is trying to change
the payment terms post-sale, and then getting nasty when I don't live
up to that more restrictive change. Then they have the stones to try
to tarnish my name as a buyer (I'm one of the fastest paying buyers
you'll ever have the pleasure of doing business with, usually
submitting payment within 30 minutes of the close of auction).

Fair warning. Steer clear of this creep. I'm trying to get a real
human being at eBay to look at this.
