[rescue] new ultra 2

I know, replying to my own post, but I did stumble across a solution...

Swapping the CPUs (moving 0 to 1 and 1 to 0) seems to have removed the
problem... I don't know why, but as long as obth the CPUs work, I'm not
going to worry about it.
