[rescue] IRIX/SGI opinions of O2 for graphics?

Ok, I have to ask.

How is Linux on an O2?  Reasonably fast?  I'm thinking about dusting off 
my O2 out in the garage and making it a graphics workstation (image 
editing, etc).  

Opinions?
