Unfortunately, it doesn't work.

It says that after reading all the CDs, you should ...

:> Use the following procedure to address all the conflicts: 
:> keep *
:> inst standard 

I get a "No matches for 'standard' were found" error message

:> inst prereqs (ignore the warning)

I get a "No matches for 'prereqs' were found" error message

:> keep incompleteoverlays
:> at this point, typing conf should show no conflicts. 

Which it does.

But typing "go" gets me "Nothing to install."

Oh, well.

I'll try something else.
