and if you were in sfbay.ca.us over the last week or so, you could walk
from the house to the car and get frostbite. It's apparently 38 out at 
Moffett Field on the peninsula, clear skies and not much wind. (40.8
degrees on my porch, with widely scattered darkness).

To think I moved here to get AWAY from this weather. Well, that and to get
cheap computers. Don't ask why I'm probably picking up another 40 PCs

A friend in Ottawa wanted to visit for the great weather and to get a tan.
I told her she could wear a scant swimsuit but she wouldn't want to wear
it outside. (no, she doesn't have a sister... sorry)
