	Take a look at http://sourceforge.net/ this is a rather extreme
example, but how many duplicate efforts can you detect to do any one
thing? Ie, how many PHP based pieces of forum software do you need? 
	How many different implementations of a basic FTP server can there
possibly be a need for?
	How many different firewall programs do you need?
