[rescue] Gigabit ethernet - worth it?

What do you intend on using it for?  Is it worth the investment to upgrade
all your stuff to gigabit?  If it is, go for it.  Otherwise, don't.  The
technology is sound.  Not as sound as FDDI, but sound nonetheless.
