You should see how we write software for cell phones...
We use a build cluster of HP-UX boxes, gcc, and source in Clearcase.
Then we download an image to our little embedded 4 MIP device over a 115K
serial link.
Builds take 15 - 60 minutes depending on the load, great fun...
