Gonna stop by the Butcher on the way home Friday and pick up some pork
bellys.  Alton Brown (FoodTV - Good Eats) showed us how to make
home-cured-and-smoked bacon last night - and I drooled through the *entire*
show....

Now, just gotta find something to use as a smoker....
