I got a 13w3 adapter from CDW a couple years ago - cost about $15.  The
trick with that particular one was to bust off all of the "13" pins in the
adapter block, leaving the "3" connectors.  My monitors (that I use witht eh
SGIs) are Iiyama Vision Master (one is a Pro).  Both work flawlessly.
