I believe you need:
030-0555 KONA ready backplane - replaces the 030-0310 RE2 backplane
030-0739 512T power board - replaces 512 power board 030-0264
030-0677 303 power board - replaces 505 power board 030-0263
030-0677 303 power board - replaces 505 power board 030-0263

013-1342 Front bulkhead panel with monitor & video (replaces 030-0292)
9290129 cable from DG4-2 to 013-1342

Those items you may or may not already have since they work with both IR and
RE2 to my understanding.

Then, there are the IR specific parts.

030-0681 GE12-4
030-0683 RM6-16 or 030-0684 RM6-64 (Max of two of either)
030-0686 DG4-2 or 030-0687 DG4-8
030-0711 KONA Frontplane/grip/edge connector

You can see pics on http://www.gisparks.tas.gov.au/sgi

You may also need a new power supply. Originally there were two different
power supplys, but then the RE2 ones were found to be faulty, so SGI replaced
most RE2 powersupplies with IR ones (for RE2, both work).

But, I wouldn't pay large amounts of money for these parts based on only my
say. I can't find an official faq though to refer you to. This is what I
picked up over time from reading comp.sys.sgi.hardware. Maybe some techs
from SGI would be willing to say something official if you called them.
