Sell, the converters would need to be used in addition to the Sirius. I
would imagine that this route would be cheaper than the official SDI option
from SGI.  But again, there is no point in doing it if you don't have any
other gear that uses SDI.  Most likely thing to get that uses SDI would be
SDI VCRs, and they are darn expensive, and only of use if you are trying to
exchange tapes with someone else who uses such tapes.
