[rescue] let's revisit the whole FC-AL thing

I'm still looking into it, but the problem is 1. I'm not a competent
enough PCBer.  2. I'd need some volume.  3. the SCA connectors run 5$ a
pop, my current theory uses 24 in a SSA style setup.  Thoughts/suggestions
welcome.
