Yeah, Dore is available from sunsite 
(ftp://sunsite.unc.edu/pub/packages/development/graphics/Dore/).  I've never 
heard of anyone using it still though, and I'm not real sure how good it is
by today's standards (OK, I really just still in shock over the trauma that is
World Toolkit).
