Sorry, you are right, I was talking about the 120/230VAC in -48VDC out 
rectumfryer equipment, not the DC-DC psu.

heh, heh..  no kidding.  One of my early electronics lessons (at about 8 
years) from 'Uncle Rick' was him handing me an old screwdriver and directing 
me to touch it across a couple of terminals on a BIG capacitor.  Welded the 
screwdriver right to the terminals, and welded the *be careful with caps* 
message right into my brain.

I'd be looking for a little 10 or 15 amp job, maybe just to have around in 
case I ever run across a bit of DC equipment again.  If the price is right.
