I actually got this from a headhunter once:

"The opportunity to work, lead, and support fellow trailblazers in the
red-hot, dynamic technology arena. Challenging work in a company that's
growing. Your contributions are up close, real time & vital.
We're in the leading edge phase now, more than ever, your contributions go
directly to defining our company's influence in the technology world.
Driven, but casual environment to let your creative juices flow."

I had to go to the bathroom and puke.

Lets see, interpeted:

Nobody knows what the fuck is going on, and the business plan hasnt been
written yet.

Hello, 80-hour weeks!

Everyone will blame the fuckups on YOU.

The CEO saw some new technology in "Business Week" and is
going to tell you tomorrow to implement it.

The entire company is riding on the project the CEO just told you about.

Micromanagement, but you get free cokes.
