[rescue] Ultra 1 fan/heatsink problem observed in field

Yes, this was a rare but significant problem--the bearings get sticky,
and eventually burn out.  Fortunately the U1s were smart enough to
shut themselves off when they got too hot (unlike some laptops
mentioned on list) instead of melting themselves..

Under warranty, Sun would replace these gratis.  If you have an active
relationship with Sun, you might want to check with your SE and see if
they still do, since it was an across the board product defect.

Otherwise, I'd check for a compatible fan at a well-stocked x86
component shop.
