[rescue] Ultra 1 fan/heatsink problem observed in field

Hi Lads

I was doing dignostics on an Ultra 1 tonight. I opened the cover to check something out and I immediately noticed the fan on the heatsink _wasn't_ turning. I gave it a flick and it came to life.

It appears that the service note that came through earlier about problems with certain fan/heatsink combos on Ultra 1 systems actually describes a real issue.
