Found a guy once selling gov't junk, and he had several items listed as
document disintegrators, they would accept up to cases of paper at a
time, would take microfilm reels and all, and the output was listed as
"dust"  I assumed they were some kind of grinder, but anyway, they would
qualify as properly destroyed for me.
