It's not that hard to scrounge up a Mac and a copy of photoshop to
drive it.  Getting the plugin might be trickier, but I doubt it would
be insurmountable.  A decent early powermac shouldn't cost much more
than the price of shipping, and older copies of photoshop are often
only $15 to $40.
