George, we can always synchonize things and meet at the
BBQ house to be followed by beverages at Big Mike's (we
never did figure out whether the BBQ House would let
one BYOB.)

Failing that, I make pretty good brisket and ribs at home...
just made falling-apart-tender smoked brisket last weekend.
Haven't tried doing pulled pork at home, but I've got a
recommended recipe...
