[rescue] NeXT + Mac

I've spoken to a few Apple certified techs who absolutely hate the
iMacs, apparently the heat in them is enough that the video boards and
monitor electronics go regularly, and replacing that stuff and then
recalibrating the monitor takes while. I personally have been upset with
the quality of recent Apple machines, the Powerbook G3 Wallstreet and the
G3/G4 towers being the exceptions. Of the last 5-6 new Macs I have dealt
with, maybe 1 or 2 of them were ok, the rest had bad memory (2 machines),
faulty power switches (2 machines), and a complete logic board failure (1
machine, took the University computer service center place ages to figure
that one out). The Apple towers are the only product of theirs that I still
have faith in, I havn't had one problem with those,
    Sorry for the rant,
    Zach
