[rescue] SS2 Debian install

Maybe the rescue floppy is bad?  I've had trouble with diskette 
booting/rooting on Sparc 10 and Sparc 1+ but eventually after trying enough 
diskettes they have worked.

Debian boots nicely from CD on 10/1+.
