[SunRescue] SS2 power supply woes

Yes. $19 is correct for an SS/2 base (no RAM, Disk, FB, etc.).

Loaded, your value will approach $100, but your ability to actually sell such a machine for $100 (or more) will be limited...

For $100 (or a small bit more) a low-end SS/5 could be yours - like the $150 SS/5 I have for sale (SS/5 110 MHz, 32 Meg RAM (the hard way, 4x 8 Meg DIMMs), an HD (1 Gig I think), and FB Shipped Con. US).

The days of the $199 SS/2 are way-gone.

An SS/2 w/96 Meg RAM, Weitek PowerUP, 2x HD, TGX, etc might be worth more than $100, but I don't think there are many here that would really open their wallets and give you a $100 bill for it..
