I bet it's really 501-1910 - the SPARCprinter card.  Used for controlling
the now-defunct (sigh) SAPRCprinter.  Last supported in 2.5.1, so If you
could find a working SPARCprinter and cables (one for the parallel, one
for the raster), you could have some fun.

(The SPARCprinter essentially used the host CPU for processing.  Pretty
cool at the time.)
