At one point in time when AutoCAD was dropping Solaris support, you could
have gotten R13 for about that.  Unfortunately it's as buggy as sin and
OpenGL support is somewhat bizarre, to say the least.

SDRC IDEAS is much much nicer but totally blows your budget.
