[SunRescue] SS20 SX problem

I've dealt with some good & some bad sellers on ebay.
When the good ones get negative feedback, they usually
explain what went wrong.
I don't like "Happy New Years" or something like that as
a response and supersellers has LOTS of negatives.
I wrote a couple of emails asking for info on one of their
auctions - nothing back, not even "I don't know"

Just my opinion, Guess my attitude just su*ks.
