[SunRescue] More on IPX nvram failure

for ipx and ss2 - i found out the hard way - that the
faq posted on squirrel and few other places is
unfortunately out of date.

there has been/was a change in the manufacturing
process when st took over the mostek chip line.

if you are using the mt48t02 on an ipx or ss2, you get
the tod failure you noted.  if you use the same chip
on the ipc, it works fine.

i actually found a obscure sun bug report that the
clock start routine on the ipx and ss2 don't reset a
special bit that the manufacturer (now st) uses for
testing at the factory.

that said - use the m48t12-150 chip instead for the
ipx and ss2 boxen.
