[SunRescue] More on IPX nvram failure

The clock could be stuck.  OR, as in the current case with one of my IPXen
the box doesn't like the replacement NVRAM chip if you replaced it.

Check out the link to the NVRAM FAQ off of the www.sunhelp.org site.  It
should answer most of your questions.
