[rescue] U30 Framebuffer and other questions

I've decided to join the U30 crowd, a $100 premium over the Ultra 1e 
from Comdisco is well worth it IMHO. Now it will need a framebuffer. 
Anyone on list got one for sale? I'd like a very fast 2d one if 
possible, but if 3d ones are cheap and do 2d fast I might be 
interested. What are my options? 

What's a creator and what does it get me vs a "normal" framebuffer?

All Ultra 30 framebuffers do 24bit or better color, right? I want to 
escape 8bit hell as soon as possible.

What kind of connectors do the framebuffers have? I'd like HD15 if 
possible so I can use my decent 17" monitor without an adapter.

What kind of FDDI card works in Solaris 8 on these machines?

Just for fun, how much do the AMD Sun PCI cards run? Can they display 
using the regular monitor or do they require an external one?

Non-U30, is there a SBUS framebuffer supported in Sol8?
