[rescue] Looking for SBus expansion adapter

Okay, having verified that I'll be able to find components that work with
it, I need the SBus card and cable, p/n 501-1840, that plugs into XBoxes
and SES/B's (the latter, in my case).

Sadly, they're practically nonexistent! Do any of you have one or know
where they can be obtained reasonably?
