I ran 6.5 on my Indy R4400 at 150MHz with 64 MB of RAM and had no trouble
running a few xterms, Emacs and Netscape while doing some some minor Java
development.

6.4 doesn't run on Indys. 6.5 is the successor to 6.2.

If it's an R5K I believe you're better off with an XL24, even for 3D.
