[rescue] Bypassing Password Protected NVRAM on SS4

  It should be the same on an SS4...I've used a very similar procedure
for pretty much everything including SS1s and 4/600s.  The important
thing is to remove and replace the chip evenly...try to ensure that
all pins make contact with the socket simultaneously.  This will
minimize the [non-zero] chances of popping the chip.
