[rescue] Installing OpenBSD 3.0 on IPX

Have you tried installing *any* other OS on this box
(Solaris, NetBSD, SunOS)? At this point it looks to me
like a hardware problem...

Does the power-up test all RAM? Bad mem might cause
the boot to fail, but that is just a guess...
