If you're going to submit mail to the list, SUBMIT IT FROM THE ADDRESS
YOU"RE SUBSCRIBED UNDER.  Otherwise, it gets held and I have to manually
approve it, which I just had to do for FIFTY emails.  

If you need to read/post from different addresses, subscribe BOTH, but mark
one or the other as "no delivery" on the list web interface, so you only 
get one copy of emails.
