Well said, Rob.... that is 99% of the fun of rescuing things....making
the grey matters tinker a bit at the beerbellie budget toll!  The usual
analgesics go along for the ride, of course.

When I can pick up neat hardware at well under a pence a pound, it
becomes a fine expendable *NIX learning toy.....(:+}}... and it keeps
the olde man in shape..... (after Geritol and the requisite analgesics
work their magick...(:+\\...)!

Nothing quite like hefting VME crates at the mere toll of a pence a pound!
