Not sure, but it was available at least into mid '97 (I have it on a price
list from then).  My list from late '98 does not show it.

SunOS 4 was never "supported" on MP platforms other than than the SS600,
AFAIK.  It does generally work on MP SS10/20's, but the benefits of
additional CPU's are smaller than they should be with the extremely coarse
locking.  I'd put together a SS20/81 if I wanted the fastest solid 4.1.4
box.
