A UDWIS/S is UW, but differential.  There are some 3rd-party UW SE boards
that can be found at sparcproductdirectory.com, but expect them to be
pricy.

Depending on the CPU's, yes.  You would also need a different version of
the Creator framebuffer if you have one now (all PCI boxes with the
exception of the 450 use a "vertical" form factor Creator/Elite).

If you really need faster SCSI chains, it might actually be cheaper to
upgrade to a U30 or U60 and buy PCI Symbios UW cards than to try to find
Sbus ones.  The bottom has really fallen out of the 30/60 market recently.
